فَمَنْ هُدِيَ فِيْ هَذِهِ الدَّارِ إِلَى صِرَاطِ اللَّهِ الْمُسْتَقِيمِ،
So whoever is guided in this world to the Straight Path of Allah,
فِيْ — in. A preposition meaning 'in', here marking the setting in which the guidance happens. It opens the 'in this world' phrase and forces the following noun into the genitive ending. It locates the guidance in the present life.
