إِنِّي — Indeed, I. inna = emphatic 'indeed'; the ending '-i' = 'I' — together 'indeed I'.

If you accept my advice,
فَإِن — so if. This is the bound fa- 'so, then' joined to the condition word in 'if'. The fa- ties this whole conditional to what came before, while 'if' opens a hypothetical case whose result will follow; together they launch an 'if X, then Y' structure.
