قَصْدَكَ — your intention. 'your aim' — 'qasd' with 'your' attached, the object of 'leads'. The suffix supplies 'your' with no separate word.

بِالْقَصْدِ — with purpose. 'in intent' — here 'bi' marks the respect in which God is singled out, governing the definite genitive. Singled out specifically in one's aim or purpose.

يَقْصِدُونَ — they intend. A present-tense verb shaped for a 'they' subject, the plural carried in its ending, meaning 'they intend'. Under the preceding 'do not' it becomes 'they do not intend'. The subject 'they' needs no separate pronoun.
