جَهْمِيًّا — as a Jahmi. This noun is a sectarian label formed with a 'belonging-to' suffix that makes 'one of a named group', here a follower of a particular theology, in the indefinite accusative as the predicate of how others reckon him. The accusative shows it as what he is judged to be.
