He will say: "My Lord has become angry today with an anger like none before or after. Indeed, I killed a person whom I was not commanded to kill. Myself, myself, myself! Go to someone else."
قَتَلْتُ — I killed. A past verb with the '-tu' ending naming 'I' as the doer, the speaker's admission of having killed; the doer is marked by the ending, not a separate pronoun. It is the heart of his confession.

بِقَتْلِهَا — to kill. The prefix 'bi-' marks what he was (not) commanded about, the noun names the killing, and '-ha' ties it back to that slain person; the noun sits in the form the preposition governs. One word holds means, deed and referent.
