وَالْخَيْلُ الْمَوْسُومَةُ وَالْأَنْعَامُ وَالْحَرْثَ فَلِلشَّهَوَاتِ حِيْلَةٍ غِيَارٍ،
And the branded horses, the livestock, and the cultivated fields — desires have a deceitful device for substitution.
وَالْأَنْعَامُ — and the livestock. The connector wa- ('and') fused onto a noun with al- ('the'), adding the livestock to the list of attractions. The wa- coordinates this item with the horses before it. The definite article marks the collective as a known category of worldly wealth.

So it carried off their livestock and their possessions.
أَنْعَامُهُمْ — their livestock. A noun with -hum fixing 'their' to it, standing as the object of the carrying-off and so in the object-style ending. The 'their' points back to the people, marking the livestock as theirs.
