Logic has little benefit, but its harm is severe.
وَالْمَنْطِقُ — and the logic. 'and logic,' the topic of the sentence (the -u), fronted. What is said about it comes in two little verb-less clauses — 'its benefit [is] little, its harm severe' — each built without any verb 'is'.

وَالمَنْطِقِ — and logic. Joined by 'wa-', this shares the genitive of 'reason', adding the second foundation — formal logic. Coordinated objects of a preposition match in case, so it wears the same ending. Together they mark the rationalist basis the author is criticizing.
