فَإِذَا عُرِفَ الْعَبْدُ أَنَّ اللَّهَ رَبُّهُ وَخَالِقُهُ
So when the servant recognizes that God is his Lord and his Creator.
رَبُّهُ — his Lord. A noun carrying the owner ending '-hu' (his): his Lord. It is the completing description in the 'that God is his Lord' clause, and the suffix ties the lordship to the servant.
