وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا أَنَّ الحُمْقَ فَسَادٌ فِي الْعَقْلَيْنِ أَوْ فِي الذِّهْنِ،
We have mentioned that folly is a corruption in the two intellects or in the mind,
الذِّهْنِ — the mind. This noun is governed by the repeated 'in', so it sits in the (genitive); its al- makes it definite, naming 'the mind' as a specific faculty. It is offered as the alternative location to 'the two intellects'. It closes the either/or that the conjunction opened.
