Arabic vocabulary
How to say “my love” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَيُكَلِّفُونَ بِحُبِّي كَمًّا يُكَلِّفُ الصَّبِيَّ بِحَبِّ النَّاسِ
They are made to bear my love to an extent that burdens the boy with love for the people.
بِحُبِّي — with my love. The bi- here is a preposition meaning 'with', marking the thing they are burdened with, and it governs the noun it attaches to. Fused at the end is -i, the 'my' possessor. So this single word carries 'with', 'love', and 'my' together, and the bi- assigns the noun the role of the load being borne.
