وَتَفْعَلُ مَا تَحْتَاجُ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الرَّوَثِ وَالْبَوْلِ أَيَّ وَقْتٍ اتَّفَقَ
And they perform what they need like defecation and urination at any time.
تَحْتَاجُ — they need. Present-tense verb, the subject ('it') built in, completing 'what it needs'. No separate subject word.
