غَيْرُ أَنَّهُ زَيْنُهَا وَطِفْلُ الْهَوَى ذُو إِغْتِرَارٍ،

زَيْنُهَا — its ornament. A noun 'ornament / adornment' with -ha ('its') attached, the owner folded onto its tail. The -ha points back to the worldly life — he is its ornament. It serves as the predicate of the emphatic 'that he ...' clause, asserting what he is to the world.
