حَاضِرٌ — mindful. 'hadir' = 'present, attentive'; describes 'ablution'.

الْحَاضِرُونَ — the bystanders. Definite by al' and carrying the -u subject ending; the masculine-plural -una ending marks 'those present' as a human plural. It is the delayed subject of the verb before it.
