الْوُصُولِ — the reaching. A verbal noun ('the reaching/arriving'), governed into the genitive by the preceding 'away from', with its al- assimilating into the following sun letter. It names what the man is barred from as an action-noun: reaching. A direction phrase follows to say where to.
