إِيجَابِ — require. This is a verbal noun, the act of 'requiring / making obligatory' boxed up as a thing, governed by the preceding 'on' into the genitive. It heads an 'of...' link with the next word, taking its object through that possessive connection, so it reads 'requiring of the praise'.
