فَأَوْحَى اللَّهُ تَعَالَى إِلَى هَذِهِ أَنْ تَبَاعَدِيِ،
So Allah, the Exalted, revealed to this one, "Keep your distance."
فَأَوحَى — so He revealed. This is a past-tense verb meaning 'revealed' with its subject 'he/He' built in. The leading 'fa-' presents the revelation as the next event in the chain, and the verb sets up a 'revealed to X that...' frame completed by the words ahead.
