فَنَفَحَ فِيهِ يَمِينَهُ وَشِمَالَهُ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَوَرَاءَهُ،
Then he breathed into it with his right hand, his left hand, between his hands, and behind it.
يَمِينَهُ — his right hand. A noun, 'his right side', carrying a 'his' ending that ties it to the doer. It stands in the set object form as one of the directions the breath was aimed, the suffix marking the right as belonging to him.
