وَلَا امنها من لم يخوفها
And no one has secured it who has not made it fearful.
أَمَّنَهَا — has secured it. A past-tense doubled (form II) verb 'gave security / made safe' with '-ha' (it) attached, subject coming next. The suffix points to the soul.
