وَأَوْصَى عِبَادَهُ بِالِاسْتِعَانَةِ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوَةِ عَلَى نَوَائِبِ الدُّنْيَا وَالدِّينِ
And he advised his servants to seek help through patience and prayer when facing the calamities of the world and of religion.
بِالِاسْتِعَانَةِ — by seeking help. The bi- prefix marks the means of the advice ('to/with'), leading a definite action-noun ('seeking help'). The preposition governs the genitive, naming what they were advised toward.
