وَأَوْصَى عِبَادَهُ بِالِاسْتِعَانَةِ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلٰوَةِ عَلَى نَوَائِبِ الدُّنْيَا وَالدِّينِ
And he advised his servants to seek help through patience and prayer when facing the calamities of the world and of religion.
عِبَادَهُ — his servants. A noun ('servants') with 'his/His' attached, standing as the object of 'advised' and so in the accusative. The suffix names whose servants were advised.
