So Abu Bakr said, "O Messenger of God, send Hudhayfah."
ابْعَثْ — send. This is a command form telling one person to do the action, addressed to the Messenger. The order's target is built into the verb's shape; no 'you' is spelled out. The noun after it is who gets sent.
