فَأَغْلَظَتْ لِي فَقُلْتُ لَهَا وَإِنَّكِ لَهُنَّاكِ
She spoke harshly to me, so I said to her, "And indeed you are there with them."
فَأَغْلَظَتْ — so she spoke harshly. A chaining fa- ('and so') on a past verb 'spoke harshly', here with the feminine 'she' subject marked by the '-at' ending. The fa- sequences her reaction to the talk.
