She spoke harshly to me, so I said to her, "And indeed you are there with them."
لَهُنَاكِ — there with them. A place-word 'over there' with an emphatic lam fronting it; it locates the addressee as belonging among that group. The reading is idiomatic, marking her with the wives being criticised.
