وَكَذَلِكَ — and similarly. 'wa-' = 'and'; 'ka-dhalika' = 'like that, similarly'.
From: When Desire Exceeds Its Bounds →فكذلك العاقل يمتنع عن لذات المعاصي خوفًا من عذاب الآخرة، ويصبر على مرارة الطاعة رجاء لثواب الله تعالى
Similarly, the wise person refrains from the pleasures of sins fearing the torment of the Hereafter, and bears the bitterness of obedience hoping for the reward of Allah Almighty.
فَكَذَلِكَ — so similarly. The joined 'so' plus a 'likewise' connector, tying the lesson back to the sick-person example. Together they mean 'and just so', drawing the parallel to the wise person.
