الْمُجَوِّدِينَ — skilled. This adjective trails 'poets' and copies their definite, genitive traits, marking which poets are meant: the skilled ones. It is a Form II active participle, 'those who do it well / masters', built as a sound masculine plural. Agreement ties it to its noun.
