يقال دفقت الماء فهو مدفوق ودافق ومندفق
It is said, "I poured the water," so it is "madfuq," "dafiq," and "mundafiq."
فَهُوَ — so it is. fa- (so/then) on the standalone 'it/he' pronoun, 'so it is...', drawing a conclusion. The pronoun supplies the subject of the upcoming naming since no verb links them; it sets up the list of forms that follow.
