تُحَدِّثُهُ — talks to him. A present-tense verb in the intensive (doubled-middle) 'speak to/prompt' pattern, with feminine 'she/it' as subject (agreeing with the feminine 'self') and 'him' attached as object. So 'his self keeps prompting him'. The feminine verb-form agrees with the feminine noun 'self', and the doubled middle gives the 'address/talk at' sense.
