وإن تعانى سرقة الأجزاء ، أو كشط الأوقاف ، فهذا لص بسمت محدث ،
And if he engages in stealing parts or scraping endowments, then he is a thief in the guise of a narrator,
الأَجْزَاءِ — the parts. The al- marks this definite, 'the parts', and it sits in the possessed, 'of'-type ending because 'stealing' before it owns it: 'stealing of the parts'. The owned half takes this ending to show what is stolen.

الجُزْءَ — the part. A noun with al- 'the', definite, 'the part/booklet', and it is the object of 'hears' - what he is listening to. Its position right after the verb and its case-form mark it as the thing received by the action. The al- makes it a specific section being heard.
