فَقُلْنَ لَهَا كَلِّمِيْهِ حَتَّى يُكَلِّمَكِ،
And they said to her, 'Speak to him until he speaks to you.'
كَلِّمِيْهِ — speak to him. A command form of the dialogue pattern shaped for a single female listener, with a 'him' object attached; the feminine command-ending marks who is ordered. The suffix names the Prophet as the one she is told to speak to.
