حِكَايَاتِ — stories. In the genitive after 'min', this plural ('stories') also heads a possessive pairing: 'the stories OF the poor'. It is a sound feminine plural, formed by adding an ending rather than reshaping the word. So it carries two roles — partitive object and owner-of-the-next-noun.
