وَإِكْثَارًا — and an abundance. This is a second object joined by 'wa-', so it sits in the accusative like the first — 'and an abundance'. It is a verbal noun meaning 'making much / piling up', here 'a great store of'. Coordinated objects share the same case, which is why the ending matches the earlier one.
