فيستنفد حبه من قلب العَبْد قُوَّة الْحبّ كلهَا بحب مَا عرفه من صِفَات جماله ونعوت كَمَاله فَيُصْبِح فؤاد عَبده فَارغًا إِلَّا من محبته،
So His love consumes all the strength of love in the heart of the servant due to the love of what he knows of His beauty and the descriptions of His perfection. Thus, the servant's heart becomes empty except for His love.
قُوَّةَ — the strength of. 'Strength / capacity', the direct object of 'exhausts', accusative ('-a'), and first term of an 'of' pairing — 'the whole power of love'. It owns the noun that follows.

The reality of patience is to direct the power of taking action toward what benefits him.
قُوَّةَ — the power. A noun ('the power') in the accusative as the direct object of 'makes/directs' - the thing being aimed. It also heads an 'of' pairing naming which power.

And the power of refraining is holding back from what harms him.
وَقُوَّةَ — and the power. wa- coordinates this onto the prior definition, and the noun ('the power') is in the accusative to parallel the earlier directed power. The conjunction carries over the same 'directs...' frame onto a second power.

There is no power and no strength except by God, the Most High, the Most Great.
قُوَّة — strength. The noun 'strength', denied by the second absolute 'no', so it too takes the bare ending that total negation forces. It completes the set phrase 'no power and no strength', a fixed declaration of utter dependence on God.
