فَإِذَا رَأَى الْجُلَسَاءُ أَنَّكُمْ لَمْ تَتَغَيَّرُوا عَلَى أَخِيكُمْ
So when the companions saw that you did not stand up for your brother.
الْجُلَسَاءُ — the companions. A definite plural noun, literally 'the seated ones', and the doer of the seeing. As subject it takes the plain naming ending, the companions whose perception drives the clause.
