وَبَيَانُ هَذَا فِي الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ يَتَبَيَّنُ بِذِكْرِ الْمَاضِيِ،

الْمَاضِيِ — the past. An adjective used as a noun ('the past'), the owned half of 'mentioning OF the past', in the genitive as the possessor. Made definite by al- and set right after the action-noun, it names what is to be mentioned.
