وَمَنْ ظَنَّ أَنَّ الْخَضِرَ وَغَيْرَهُ سُقْطُ عَنْهُمْ الْأَمْرِ لِمُشَاهَدَةِ الإِرَادَةِ وَنَحْوِ ذَلِكَ
And whoever believes that the Green One and others besides him were exempted from the command in order to behold the Divine Will and the like.
الإِرَادَةِ — the will. A definite noun governed by the purpose-'for' through its action-noun, so it sits in the genitive. It names what is to be witnessed, the will, completing 'in order to behold the Will'.
