فَعِنْدَ ذَلِكَ اِنْفَتَحَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمَا وَعَلِمَا أَنَّهُمَا عُرْيَانَانِ،
At that moment their eyes opened, and they realized they were naked.
أَعْيُنُهُمَا — their eyes. A plural noun 'eyes' with the attached possessor '-huma' = 'their (two)', the dual form for exactly two owners, Adam and Eve. It is the subject of 'opened', placed after its verb; the dual suffix specifies precisely two people own these eyes.
