So do not think that Satan has overpowered, but rather the Guardian has turned away.
تَظُنَّ — that you think. A present-tense verb 'suppose / think' clipped by the prohibiting 'do not' to the jussive — 'do not suppose'. It will take a 'that'-clause as its content.
