فَلا يَصْلُحُ ذَمُّ الْهَوَى عَلَى الإِطْلاقِ
Thus, desire should not be condemned indiscriminately.
فَلَا — so not. 'fa-' = 'so'; 'la' = 'not', negating the verb.
