طُوبَى لمن أنصف ربّه
Blessed is the one who is fair with his Lord.
أَنْصَفَ — acts justly. Past-tense verb 'dealt fairly, acted justly', 'he' form.

So if he treats you fairly when he is angry.
أَنْصَفَكَ — treats you fairly. A past-tense verb meaning to deal justly, carrying its 'he' subject inside and a '-ka' (you) fused on as object, 'he treated you fairly'. In the 'if' clause the perfect reads conditionally. The attached object pronoun marks the addressee as the one fairly treated.
