طُوبَى — blessed. tuba is an exclamation meaning 'blessedness' / 'how blessed' — used to pronounce good fortune on someone.

For the worshipper, there is no resting place except under the Tree of Tuba.
طُوبَى — Tuba. The owner completing 'the tree of Tuba', a name (the blessed tree of Paradise), genitive but a non-bending weak-ending word, so unmarked. It names the one place of the worshipper's rest.
