يَا من غذى بلبان الْبر وقلب بأيدي الألطاف
O one who was nurtured with the milk of righteousness and turned by hands of grace.
وَقُلِبَ — and turned. 'And' plus a passive verb — the inner vowels make it 'was turned / shaped', no agent named. The passive again, by vowel-change: he was molded.
