تَعْظِيمِ — to venerate. A verbal noun 'honouring', the owner in the pairing 'obligation of honouring', and itself the head of a further pairing 'honouring of the Quran'. These stacked nouns chain together with no word for 'of' between any of them. Each inner head stays bare of 'the' and leans on the next for definiteness.
