الَّذِي يَكْسِبُهَا نَشَاطًا لِلْجِدِّ فَكَأَنَّهَا مِنَ الْجِدِّ لَمْ تَزَلْ،
which gives it a zeal for seriousness, so that it seems to have always been serious.
نَشَاطًا — vigor. An indefinite noun naming the vigor given, serving as a second object of the giving verb, the thing granted to the soul. It wears the accusative object ending, marking it as what is bestowed.
