It would have been a winning deal, and the fortunate, successful destination.
رَابِحَةً — winning. A feminine adjective describing the deal, completing the 'would have been a winning deal' statement. It matches its noun in gender, and its ending fits the predicate role after the verb of being, telling you what the deal would have turned out to be.
