فَيُقَدِّمُونَكُمْ فَتَصِلُونَ الْقِتَالَ فَيَكُونُ الْقَتْلُ بِكُمْ
They will send you forward, then you will reach the fighting, and the killing will be by you.
فَتَصِلُونَ — so you will reach. The sequence-connector 'so/then' is fused to a present-tense verb for 'you (plural)', chaining the next consequence onto being pushed forward. The 'you-all' doer is built into the verb shape. The connector marks this as the result that follows.
