In addition to the piety and God-consciousness with which God has honored them,
إِضَافَةٍ — an addition. An action-noun 'addition' used elliptically as a connective, 'in addition to'. It sits in the genitive (the bare 'in addition' frame), and it heads the link to the relative clause that follows, stacking another factor onto the reasons already given.
