How to say “and terrors of” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
أَبْكَى الصَّخْرُ الأَصَمُّ بِمَا يَقُصُّ مِنْ وَصْفِ الآخِرَةِ وَأَهْوَالِ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ
He made even the unresponsive rock weep by what he recounted of the description of the Hereafter and the terrors of the Day of Resurrection.
وَأَهْوَالِ — and terrors of. This joins a linking 'and' to a noun, 'and terrors of', extending the recounted topics; the noun is itself the head of 'terrors of the Day...'. The 'and' coordinates this possessive phrase with the earlier one, and the noun owns what follows.
