How to say “Asad” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
She sent to her uncle Amr ibn Asad to have him marry her, and he came.
أَسَدٍ — Asad. A man's proper name, the owned half of '...son OF Asad', in the genitive within the lineage. Set right after 'son of' with no word for 'of', it completes the patronymic identifying the uncle.
