وَتَكُونُ الْحَالُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُوَازَنَةً لِهَذِهِ الْأَحْوَالِ الثَّلاَثِ
And on the Day of Resurrection the state will be a balance for these three conditions.
مُوَازَنَةً — a balance. A noun in the predicate accusative, naming what the state turns into: a weighing or balancing. The accusative ending marks it as the completing description after the 'will be' verb.
