Arabic vocabulary
How to say “three” in Arabic, with pronunciation and an example from OpenArabic texts.
وَتَكُونُ الْحَالُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ مُوَازَنَةً لِهَذِهِ الْأَحْوَالِ الثَّلاَثِ
And on the Day of Resurrection the state will be a balance for these three conditions.
الثَّلاَثِ — three. A numeral agreeing with and following 'the conditions', locking the count to exactly three. Arabic places this number-word after the noun and matches its form to it, and its genitive ending tracks the noun governed by 'for'.
